1. Preheat oven to 180 0C; 350 0F; Gas 4 |

2. Lay salmon in a shallow buttered dish. Sprinkle
over with the lemon juice, herbs and 1 tbsp water. |

3. Cover with foil. Cook in the oven for 10 to 15
minutes until tender. |

4.Heat the cream gently and pour over the fish. |
|
5. Sprinkle with melted butter and brown under a hot
grill. |
