1. Preheat oven to 190 0C; 375 0F; Gas 5. |

2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. |

3. Chop shallot. |

4. Fill pastry case with shallot and salmon. |

5. Pour on eggs and milk mixture. |
|
6. Brush the salmon fillets with some of the French
dressing and grill (broil) for 6 minutes, turning
once. |
|
7. Decorate with sliced cucumber and lemon. |
