1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC, 375ºF, Gas 5. |

2. Cover the potatoes with water, bring to the boil
and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until soft. |

3. Drain well and mash with 20 g of the cream
cheese. Set aside. |

4. Place the fish in a microwaveable dish with a
teaspoon of milk, cover and microwave on high for
approximately 5 minutes or steam for 8 to10 minutes
until just cooked. |

5. Flake the fish and place into a large ovenproof
dish. Mix the remaining cream cheese with the milk
and spoon over the fish. |
|
6. Top with the mashed sweet potato and cook
for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling
around the edge of the dish and the potato
is browned. |
